SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

In-stock items and many special order items ordered before 4:30 PM CST ship the same business day.  Special build and special order items by Clarity, Asimitel, Teledex, Plantronics, LifeSize and several other manufacturers have lead times based upon the availability of materials and production capacity.  Our Sales Team will be happy to give you lead times.
Our standard delivery method is UPS ground.  UPS Overnight and Air is available for an additional charge.  We also ship FedEx or USPS upon request.

Return & Exchange Policy

Products from different manufacturers may have restrictions and need approvals case by case.

 

If a return or exchange is needed as a result of our error, including any shipments to the wrong location, we will provide a prepaid label to return the item and will pay to ship the replacement item via standard ground shipping if for both orders within the continental U.S.

If the exchange request is based is a product failure it must be reported within 14 days of customer's receipt of the product. We will provide a prepaid label to return the item and will pay to ship the replacement item via standard ground shipping for both orders within the continental U.S. Products must be in its original manufacturer packaging, both inside and outside must be unused. Incomplete returns will receive a credit subtracting missing accessories or packaging. Any exceptions to this policy will be made at our discretion and are subject to a restocking fee.

 

Damage during Shipment must be reported within five (5) business days of receipt of the package. Please take photos of the outside of the shipping box, as well as photos of the contents of the package before items are removed and photos of any damage. If you suspect product damage due to shipping, please test any products immediately.

Some restrictions apply to custom-built or special-order product where the manufacturer does not allow returns or charges a restocking fee. In those cases, we do our best to find a reasonable solution to our customer's request to return or exchange, but this often involves a restocking fee. In some cases, the product cannot be returned once purchased.
